SECTION 13.107, CHA.P'l'ER 13, ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALEHS,
OF THE MD1'lGITPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSl'ECT
VfHEHEAS, it is deemed to the best interests of the Vil-
lage of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, that one additional
Class B and one additional Class C liquor licenses be authorized
for issuance;
NOW, THEREPOHE, .DE IT ORDAINED by the President. and
Board cf Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the
T':lunicipal Code of Hount prospect of 1957 be and is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"There shall be issued in the Village no more than:
II ( a ) Thr e e cIa s s 1I A" 1 i c ens e s ;
"(b) 'Two class !fB" licenses;
"(c) :Five class "c" licenses;
"(d) One class "D" license;
"to be in effect at any time."
Section 2. All ordinances of this Village in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage and approval according to law.
