AN ORDINANCE Al,:ENDING SECTIONS 25.301 and 25.327

NOW, THEhLFulG, BE 11' OHDAIl';"ED by the President and
Board of 1'rustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 25.301 of the Municipal Code
of Mount prospect be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"25.301 Disorderly Conduct. It shall be unlawful for
any person to disturb the peace and quiet of any neiVlborhood or
family by loud or unusual noises, or by tumultuous or offensive
carriage, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to
fight or fighting. It shall also be unlawful to loiter in public
or private places, gamble, engage in an unlawful assembly, beg or
solicit, or in any other way breach the peace or engage in any
oaher type of conduct tending to disorder. Any person viola.ting
any provision of this article shall be guilty of disorderly con-
duct."
Section 2. That Section 25.327 of the IJunicipal Code
of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"25.327. Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation
violating any provision of this article shall be fined not less
then One ht~[=_ .:...d (~:~100) Dollar' nor mope than Two hundred C~;j200)
Dollars for each offense."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
