Section 1. That Section 13.107 of the ?Tunicipal Code
of LIou.nt Prospect is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec t ion 13.107. NU"1ber of T-iicens es. There shall be
issued in the Villa~e no more than:
"(a) Three (3) Class A licenses
(b) Pour (L~) Class B licenses
(c) Five class C licenses
(d) One (1) Class D license
(e) One (1) Class E license,

Section 2. 'l'hat this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passase, approval and publication
according to law.
