ORDINANCE NO. t',5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB PARAGRAPH I, PARAGRAPH E
SECTION 8 AMENDING THE ZONING REGULATIONS AS TO
FRONT YARD REQUIREMENTS IN THE I-I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That sub paragraph I of paragraph E of
Section 8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect
be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. Front Yard. There shall be a front yard having
a depth of not less than 25 feet."
Section 2. T his ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
