AN ORDINANCE ~~ENDING SECTION 9.304 (A) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT PROHIBITING
FLASHING SIGNS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:

Section 1 - That Section 9.304 (A) is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
"5 - Flashing signs and devices are hereby
prohibited."
Section 2 - This ordinance sha~l be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval
and publication according to law.
