ORDINANCE NO. ~31
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING ELlv1HD'RST AND LINC OLN,
~!~IN M~D LINCOLN, AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
~~10RY AND DALE STREETS AS STOP INTERSECTIONS,
A~,1ENDING SECTION 18.201 OF frEE MDlHCIPAL CODE
OF MOD~T PROS~ECT, AND REPEALING CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF SECTION 18.201 WHICH ARE SU~ER-
SEDED BY THIS A~lliNUfiENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the following provisions of Section
18.201 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect be and are hereby
repealed:
ItAll East bound traffic on :Lincoln Avenue shall stop
before entering in, upon and across J.Jain street;
"All South bound traffic on Main Street shall stop be-
fore entering in, upon and across Lincoln Avenue;
"All North bound traffic on Elmhurst Avenue shall stop
before entering in, upon or across Lincoln Avenue."
Section 2. That Section 18.201 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect be amended by adding thereto the following:
ItSection 18.201 (1). All traffic on Lincoln and Elm-
hurst Streets shall stop before entering in, across
or upon the intersection of said streets.
"All traffic on Lincoln and Main Streets shall stop be-
fore entering in, across or upon the intersection of
said streets.

ItAll West bound traffic on Memory StreB' shall stop be-
fore entering in, upon or across Dale street."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and affect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
