CODER ,,2!._~UTES 8~ anE-_~~ WiEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village ot Mount Prospect, sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly called and held according to law (Appeal 10. 62-18), considered the question of reclassifying the real estate hereinafter described from B-3 (Business) to B-1 (Shopping Center) , AND~, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, haTing considered the reco1llJll.endation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and belieTe that the highest and best use of said real estate is that of B-1, lOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. '!'hat an ordinance entitled "An ordinance classifying, regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings designed tor specified uses; regulating and limiting the height and bulk ot buildings hereafter erected or altered, regulating and limiting the intensity of the use of lot areas and regulating and deteraining the area ot yards, courts &!\d other open spaces within and surrounding such buildings; establishing the boundaries of districts for the said purposes; and prescribing penalties for the Tiolation of its prOTisions," passed and approTed December 4, 1923, and amendments thereto, and known as Ordinance 10. 52, as uended by an ordinance known and cited as the Zoning Ordinance ot Mount Prospect, passed and approved May 2, 1944, and as subsequently amended to date hereof, be amended by reclassifying the following described real estated froll B-3 to B-1: The North 450 feet of the South 500 feet, as measured on the West line thereof, ot the West 250 feet as measured on the South line thereof, of Lot 7 in Juhnke's SubdiTision of that part of the East 854.70 feet of the lortheast quarter of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South of the center of Golf Road (except such portion thereof which falls within the following described property: The Ilorth 250 feet of the South 300 feet as measured on the East and West line. thereof' of Lot 7 in Juhnke'lI Subdivision of that part of the East 854.70 feet, of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South of the center of Golf Road), in Cook County; Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject toall the lillitations and conditions placed upon properties in the :8-1 Shopping Center District as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.
