ORDINANCE NO. ~';;'~...
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 83~
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 834, passed on June 12, 1962,
annexing certain properties to the Village of Mount Prospect, was
passed in error, and
WHEREAS, all petitioners concerned agree that said
Ordinance 834 should be repealed and a new ordinance passed an-
nexing the same property referred to in said Ordinance 834,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook county,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 834, heretofore passed
by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect on June 12, 1962, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according
to law.
