AMENDING SECTION 8 of the MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING CODE
BY ADDING AUTO LAUNDRIES AS A SPECIAL USE PERMITTED
IN THE I-I ZONING DISTRICT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 8 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
"15. - Auto Laundries as a special use only".
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the passage, publication and approval according to
law.
