ORDINANCE NO. U'J
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THB NAME OF MAPLE STREET
IN 'J.1:HE 800 AND 900 BLOCKS THEREOF' TO
W~~LE DRIVE IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT ~ROSPECT
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Cook county, Illinois, have been pe-
titioned to change the name of Maple Street in the 800 and 900
blocks thereof to Maple Drive by all owners of property con-
cerned, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interests of
the Village and the residents that the same be done,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OP~AINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the name of Maple Street in the 800
and 900 blocks thereof, lying between Golf Road and Lonnquist
Avenue in the Village of Mount Prospect, be changed to Maple
Drive and thereafter be known as such.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk be and is hereby
directed to file certified copies of this ordinance with the Re-
corder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and~proval, according to
law.
