ORDINANCE NO. 865
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.114.1 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook, Illinois.
SECTION 1. That Paragraph "A" of Section 13.114.1 be and is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"A. On all premises for which Class "A" and CTass "B"
licenses have been issued there shall be no dancing, floor
show or entertainment of any type, or any mechanical
pinball machine or device operated in said premises,
provided, however, that cifarette and candy dispensinp
machines are permitted."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and rublication, according to law.
