ORDINANCE NO. f7i'
AN ORDINANCE A,IvlENDING SECTION 18.201 of THE
MUNICIIAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND REPEALING
A CERTAIN PART OF SAID SECTION, WHICH IS
~ERCEDED BY THIS AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the following provision of Section
18.201 (i) of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect be and is
hereby repealed:
"All traffic on Gregory Street shall stop before
entering in, across or upon Fairview Avenue."
Section 2. That Section 18.201 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospeet be amended by adding thereto the following:
"Section 18.201 (~. All traffic on Gregory Street
and Fairview Avenue shall stop before entering in,
across or upon the intersection of said street and
said avenue."
Section 3. That tris ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
