in the B-3 Zoning District,

of Trustees of the Village of l'lount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois
Section 1. That paragraph 3 of Section 7.3 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Hount Prospect relating to the B-3
District be amended to read as follows:
"3. Retail business and retail service,estab1ishments,
exceDt uses 2 to 13 inclusive of Section 8 and except cuto-1aundries,
which shall be permitted as a snecial use only.ll
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ?rom and after its passage, aDProva1 and l)ub1ication,
[lccordin~ to law.
