AN OHDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT .l:'ROS.I:'EC~r
NUW THEREFOHE, BE I'l' ORDAINED b:y the Pres ident and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That paragraph B of Section 21.401 of the
Municipal Code of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
"7. No sign shall be erected within eight (8) feet of
any line conductors, service drops or power lines."

Section 2. That Section ~.30~ of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
"!d. No sign shall be erected within eight (8) feet of
any line conductors, service drops or power lines."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
