ORDINANCE NO. 19 b
AN ORDINANCE A 11rHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OWNED BY THE VILLAGE
TO La VERNE PROZADENEY
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect did on the /(T<..
day of ~. ~_ ,1961 receive a donati9n of land from
LaVerne . ney b)" aeed dated December 5, 1901, which deed was
duly accepted by Resolution No. i 2- - (01 passed by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Vil age of Mount Prospect, and
WHEREAS, by virtue of said aforementioned deed and reso-
lution the Village of Mount Prospect did become the owner of the
~ollowing described property:
The North 165 feet of the East 80 feet of Lot 3 (as
measured on the North and East lines of said lot) in
Juhnke'S Subdivision of that part of the East 854.70
feet of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township
41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meri-
dian, lying South of the center of Qif Road, Cook
County, Illinois,
subject to a reservation that said property be used for municipal
purposes only, and
WHEREAS, it was understood by the Village and LaVerne
Prozadeney that if and when it was determined that said property
could not be used for municipal purposes, that said land was to
be reconveyed to the said LaVerne Prozadeney, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect have determined and do by these pre-
sents determine that said property cannot be used for municipal
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illino is :
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby determine that the
property above referred to cannot be and will not be used for
municipal purposes.
Section 2. That the President and Village Clerk of the
Village of Mount Prospect are hereby authorized to execute a deed
from the Village of Mount Prospect to LaVerne Prozadeney and such
other instruments as are necessary to effectuate a conveyance of
the above described property to the said LaVerne Prozadeney free
and clear of any and all memorials and encumbrances.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full foroe
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
