ORDINANCE NO. 4587
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF CHAPTER 10
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That paragraph E of Section 10.403 entitled "Appeal Procedure" of
Chapter 10 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting paragraph E of Section 10.403 in its entirety and substituting the
following; so that hereinafter said paragraph E of Section 10.403 shall be and read as
follows:
"E. No license shall be revoked during the pendency of an appeal before the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village."
SECTION TVVO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
