WBEHEAS, written petitions have been filed with the
Village Clerk of the Village of I,,~ount Prospect by The American
Lutheran Church, a rHnnesota nonprofit corporation, and Edwin C.
Priesendorf and Florence Tn. Friesendorf, being the sole owners of
recoI'd of the hereinafter described land and territory, for an-
nexa t ion to the Village of ITount Prospec t, and
, said land and territory is not within the cor-
porate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village
of T{ ount Pro spec t, and
WHLELAS, Hodney J. Hansen and ~=eriete Eansen are the
sole electors residing thereon and have joined in said petition
for annexation and have consented thereto, and
WHbR~AS, said petitions are under oath and in all re-
spects comply with the requirements of the statutes in such cases
made and provided, and
WHEHEAS, the Pres ident and Board of 'Trustees of the
Village of 1,/10unt Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, have examined
said petitions and believe it to be to the best interest of said
Village that said land and territory be annexed thereto;
HOW, 'l'EEHLF'ORE, BE I'll OHDAINED by the Pres icient and
Board of Trustees of the Village of I'Jount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. 'Pilat all land and territory described in
said petitions, towit:

Commencing at a point in the center line of Seeger' Road
that is 1173.58 feet as measured on the center of said
Road, ~est of the East line of said Section; thence
vJest along the center line of said Hoad 455.35 feet to
a point in tbe line tbat is 305.08 feet West of the
West line of the East half of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 14, as measured on the North and South
line of said Northeast quarter; thence North along said
line 500 feet; thence East parallel to the center line
of said Hoad a distance of [dL5.82 feet; thence South
499.83 feet to the place of , beginning, (except the
East 33 feet thereof);

which territory is contiguous to the Village of )'io'lmt Prospect, is
not within the limits of any rn.micipality, contains electors who
have joined in said petition and is not presently in any incor-
porated municipality, be and the saYf18 is hereby annexed to ttle
Village of Mount Prospect so that hereafter said territory shall
be included within the boundary lines and limits of said Village,
as is by law in such case made and provided.

this ordinance together with an accurate plat of said territory
