AN ORDINANCE Af4ENDING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
ZONING ORDINANCE BY AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE
PERl-aT FOR A SWJJ.1f1ING POOL ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON
WILLIM~ STREET 291 FEET SOUTH OF PROSPEC~ AVENt~.
WHEREAS II the Board of Appeals 01' the Village of Mount
Prospects sitting as a Zoning Commission at a pUblic meeting
duly called ID1d held according to law (Appeal No. 63~8),
considered th~ question ot g~ant1ng a special use permit for
Q swimming pool on real estate hereinafter described, and
\YHEHEAS" the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appoals believes that a special use permit for
a ~11mmnlg pool should be granted for said real estate,
