ORDINANCE NO. 932
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BY REPEALING SECTION 39.1 OF CHAPTER VI OF THE HOUNT
PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, County of Cook, Illinois:
SECTION 1 - That Section 39.1 of Chapter VI of the Mount
Prospect Building Code be and is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 - That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law
PASSED and APPROVED this 17th day of September, 1963.
