HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 937 10/01/1963 ORDINANCE NO. 937 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7, ARTICLE II APPENDIX A - SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE PLAN. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That Section 7 of Article II - "Subdivision Regulations" of Appendix A of the Village Plan be and is hereby amended by adding to said section the following: ii Ii II Ii II 'I II I I I "The subdivider may in lieu of the foregoing prescribed pavement for streets which are 32 feet wide pave same with a Pozzolanic Base Course and a Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course, in which event the Pozzolanic Base Course shall be 7 inches, the binder course 1 1/2 inches, and the surface course 1 inch. In the case of 28 feet wide streets the Pozzolanic Base Course shall be 6 inches, the binder course 1 inch and the surface course 1 inch. The Pozzolanic BaseCourse in all cases shall conform to specifications for Pozzolanic Base Course Type A of the State of Illinois, The Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course shall conform to specifications for Bituminous Binder and Surface Courses Fine Dense Graded Aggregate Type Subclass 1-11 of the State of Illinois." Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSEP and APPROVED this First day of October, 1963. ~~er.
