ORDINANCE NO. 938
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.103 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Villaee of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 23.103 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 23.103 - Deposit. A deposit of $10.00 shall be
made for each user. ("User" is hereby defined as any sin[;le family
resident; living unit of a duplex, tovm-house, apartment, condominium,
co-operative, or other residential or combination use building; institu-
tions; separate commerciill or industrial use occupancy). h'ith each such
applicat ion, this sum is to be retained by the Village to insure pa:rTJl1ent
of all bills. When service to user is discontinued permanently this
deposit less any amount due the Village or any water or sewer service
company shall be refunded without interest."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
