7.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed Property Tax Levy for the Village of Mount Prospect
for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022.
This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the
Daily Herald on October 20, 2022 is for the purpose of presenting the proposed tax
levy for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31 ,2022
7.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed 2023 Budget for the Village of Mount Prospect for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023.
This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the
Daily Herald on September 28, 2022 is for the purpose of presenting the 2023 Budget
for the Village of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023 and
ending December 31, 2023.

8.1 2nd reading and approval of AN ORDINANCE TO ABATE A PART OF THE
TAXES LEVIED FOR CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY
1, 2022 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022
8.2 2nd reading and approval of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS FOR FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2023 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2023 IN
LIEU OF PASSAGE OF AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
8.3 2nd reading and Approval of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY
AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR THE CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2022 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022

10 VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
10.1 Motion to approve purchase of 2025 Pierce Enforcer Ascendant Mid -Mount
Tower with Tak4 T3 suspension for a cost not to exceed $1,899,000.00.
10.2 Motion to waive the requirement for public bidding and award a contract
to Morton Salt for the procurement of road salt in an amount not to exceed
$384,000.
10.3 Motion to accept the State of Illinois joint bid results and authorize the
purchase of seven (7) Ford Explorer all -wheel drive hybrid pursuit rated
vehicles from Sutton Ford and the purchase and installation of any associated
emergency lighting and communications equipment in an amount not to
exceed $406,000.
