AF/ 4/15/93 ORDINANCE NO. 4534 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING PROPERTY FROM R-X TO~R-t (APARTMENT RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (1026 LINNEMAN ROAD) WHEREAS, Susan Flosi-Moylan (hereinafter referred to as Petitioner), has filed an application to rezone the property generally located at 1026 Linneman Road (hereinafter referred to as Subject Property), legally described as follows: Lots 1 and 2 in Patty Sue Subdivision being a Subdivision in the East 172.23 feet of the West 788.95 feet of the North 126.46 feet of the South 393.68 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian and WHEREAS, Petitioner has requested the Subject Property be rezoned from R-X to R-1 (Single Family Residential); and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the request for rezoning, being the subject of ZBA Case No. 16-Z-93, before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 25th day of March, 1993 pursuant to due and proper notice thereof having been published in the Mount Prospect Herald on the 9th day of March, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has submitted its findings and recommendation to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have considered the request being the subject of ZBA 16-Z-93 and have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect would be served by granting said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The official zoning map of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying the property being the subject of this Ordinance from R-X to R-1 (Single Family Residence) District. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
