ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT IN ITS ENTIRETY
WHEREAS, the administration has recently undertaken the revision of
the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 14) in its entirety; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that the "Landscape Requirements"
presently being the subject of Chapter 15 of the Village Code
should more appropriately be included in the text of Chapter 14
"Zoning"; and
WHERE/L~, through the adoption of the 1993 Zoning Ordinance (Chapter
14) the Landscape Requirements have been incorporated into said
Zoning Ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Chapter 15 entitled "Landscape Requirements", as
amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the text therefrom
in its entirety and reserved for future use; so that hereinafter,
said Chapter 15 shall be as follows:
" CHAPTER 15
RESERVED "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Hoefert, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS; None
ABSENT: Hendricks
PASSED and APPROVED this 21st day of September , 1993.
