ORDINANCE NO. 4603
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4501 BY EXTENDING
THE VARIATION GRANTED FOR 1901 CHOLO LANE FOR ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did
adopt Ordinance No. 4501 entitled "An Ordinance Granting a Variation for Property
Located at 1901 Cholo Lane" at the meeting held December 15 1992; and
WHEREAS, the variation granted in Ordinance No. 4501 contained the provision that a
building permit must be secured within one year from the date of passage of said
Ordinance; and
VVHEREAS, Petitioner has requested that the one year effective date contained in
Ordinance No. 4501 be extended for one additional year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated herein as
findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 4501 is hereby amended by
extending the effective date for the variation being the subject of said Ordinance for one
additional year.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
