AF/ 12/3/93 ORDINANCE NO. 4604 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4576 WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did adopt Ordinance No. 4576 entitled "An Ordinance Granting Modifications From The Development Code (Chapter 16) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect Relative to Property Commonly Known as Elmhurst Place Subdivision (1000 North Elmhurst Road); and WHEREAS, the original plan for this development included 7 single family lots, which plan has been changed to include 6 single family lots, which amendment changes the legal description and various requirements not includes in Ordinance No. 4576; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission considered the revised request for modifications from the Development Code and have submitted their recommendation to approve the amendments to the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the it would be in the best interest of the Village to repeal Ordinance No. 4576 and adopt a new Ordinance granting modifications from the Development Code as it pertains to the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby repeal Ordinance No. 4576 in its entirety. SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
