An accompanying review of the Village Code Section creating and establishing the general operational parameters for both the Police and Fire Departments resulted in a number of changes and clarifications in the wording of these Code Sections. PZ-31-06, 1700 East Euclid Avenue, 1303 Wolf Road and ComEd ROW, Gendell Partners nd 1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1700 EAST EUCLID AVENUE, 1303 WOLF ROAD AND COMED ROW The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a (Village Board approved staff’s request for deferral until the vote of 6-0. March 4, 2008 Village Board meeting by a 4-0 vote and 1 abstention.) nd 2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1700 EAST EUCLID AVENUE, 1303 WOLF ROAD AND COMED ROW The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a (Village Board approved staff’s request for deferral until the vote of 6-0. PZ-05-08, 1750 Azalea Place (Exhibit C) nd 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (SECOND DRIVEWAY) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1750 AZALEA PLACE The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Conditional Use permit by a vote of 4-0. PZ-03-08, 1040 West Northwest Highway, Victor Dziekiewicz, nd 1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Exhibit D) OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1040 WEST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY This ordinance rezones the subject property from B1 Business Office to R2 Attached Single Family to allow a 14-unit townhome Planned Unit Development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 3-1. nd 2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE (Exhibit E) PERMIT AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1040 WEST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY. This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to construct a townhome planned unit development and variation. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 3-1. st D. 1reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, (HEALTH (Exhibit F) REGULATIONS) ARTICLE VIII, ENTITLED “CLEAN AIR REGULATIONS,” OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION (Exhibit G) TO PROCEED WITH HEARINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT AREA This resolution will allow public discussion and review to proceed regarding a proposed redevelopment plan for Sub Area #1. * B. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Exhibit H) THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to accept street resurfacing bid in an amount not to exceed $3,135,000. * B.
