ORDINANCE NO. 954
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING ELM AND GREGORY, AND THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF GREGORY AND SCHOOL STREETS AND
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF GREGORY AND OWEN STREETS
AS STOP INTERSECTIONS, AMENDING SECTION 18.201 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.201 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect be amended by adding thereto the follow-
ing:
"All traffic on Elm and Gregory Streets shall stop
before entering in, across or upon the intersec-
tion of said streets."
"All Northbound traffic on School Street shall stop
before entering in, upon and across Gregory Street."
"All Northbound traffic on Owen Street shall stop
before entering in, upon and across Gregory Street."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according
to law.
