ORDINANCE NO. 955
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG THE NORTH CURB
OF GREGORY STREET FROM ELM STREET EAST TO RAND ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois,
believes it to be the best inerests of the Village of Mount Prospect that
parking be prohibited along the north curb of Gregory Street from Elm
Street east to Rand Road on school days between the hours of eight (8)
o'clock A.M. to four (4) o'clock P.M.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.513 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect be amended by adding thereto the following:
"Along the north curb of Gregory Street from Elm
Street east to Rand Road on school days between
the hours of eight (8) o'clock A.M. to four (4)
o'clock P.M.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
PASSED THIS tenth day of February, 1964.
APPROVED THIS tenth day of February, 1964.
