I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING A PART OF SECTION 18.202
PROVIDING FOR ONE WAY STREETS AND AMENDING SECTION
18.501 PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS AND
SECTION 18.516 PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN
STREETS ON SUNDAY.
Section 1. That the following part of Section 18.202 providing
for one way streets of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect
be and is hereby repealed.
"(3) Lincoln Street - One Way westbound from Maple
Street to Emerson Street."
Section 2. That Section 18.501 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect prohibiting the parking of motor vehicles upon
certain streets shall be and hereby is amended by adding thereto the fol-
lowing:
"20. Along the south curb of Lincoln Avenue between
Elmhurst Avenue and Ioka Avenue.

" Section 3. That Section 18.516 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect prohibiting parking on Sunday shall be and hereby

Along the north curb of ShaBonee Trail between
Elmhurst Avenue (Route 83) and Ioka Avenue.

Along the north curb of Milburn Avenue between
Elmhurst Avenue and Ioka Avenue.
23.
Along the west side of Ioka Avenue between
Milburn Avenue and ShaBonee Trail."

Along the north curb of Lincoln Avenue between
Elmhurst and Ioka Avenue."
Section 4. The foregoing traffic parking provisions shall not be
construed to repeal other parking provisions in the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect, but rather shall be construed to supplement the
same.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
