HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 963 03/10/1964 ORDINANCE NO. 963 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 311 SOUTH I-OKA, ST. RAYMOND'S CHURCH. WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect, sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly called and held according to law (Appeal No. 64-8), considered the question of granting a variation so as to permit a four (4) car garage to be located at 311 South I-Oka Street, Mount Prospect, and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, have considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "Zoning Ordinance of Mount Prospect" passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known as Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to date hereof, be varied so as to permit a four (4) car garage to be located at 311 South I-Oka Street, St. Raymond's Church. Lots 141 and 142 in H. Roy Berry & Co. Colonial Manor being a sub of part of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 11 and part of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 12. Twp. 41 N, R-ll of 3rd P.M. and Lots 1-18 incl. in Bl. 4 in Prospect Park Country Club Sub being a sub of the S 15 acres of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 and of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 11, Twp. 41 N, R-ll E 3rd P.M., in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2. That said real estate shall be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon properties in the R-l as defined in the ordinances aforementioned. Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the en- forcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each offense, and each day that a violatbn is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law. PASSED and APPROVED this lOth day of March, 1964. I.
