HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 964 03/10/1964 ORDINANCE NO. 964 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 310 WEST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY. WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect, sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly called and held according to law (Appeal No. 64-9), considered the question of reclassi- fying the real estate hereinafter described from 1-1 to B-3, and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that the highest and best use of said real estate is that of B-3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "Zoning Ordinance of Mount Prospect" passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known as Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to date hereof, be amended by reclass- ifying the following described real estate from 1-1 to B-3: Lots 1. 2, 3. 4 and 5 in Henry J. Ehard's Sub which is that part N of C. & N. W. RR in NE 1/4 of Sect. 11. Twp. 41 N. R-ll, E of the 3rd PM. Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon properties in the B-3 as defined in the ordinances aforementioned. Section 3. That any person. firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the en- forcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. approval and publication, according to law. PASSED and APPROVED this 10th day of March, 1964.
