ORDINANCE NO. 979
AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING SUNDAY PARKING BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF 6:30 A.M. AND 1:30 P.M. ON PINE
STREET BETWEEN LINCOLN AND THE FIRST ALLEY SOUTH
THEREOF.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. Cook County. Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.516 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
"(9) Along the west curb of Pine Street between Lincoln
Avenue and the first alley immediately south thereof."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage. approval and publication according to law.
