ORDINANCE NO. 999
AN ORDINANCE RENMHNG FOUNDRY ROAD TO KENSINGTON
ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT.
NOWt THEREFOREt BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospectt Cook CountYt
Illinois:
Section 1. That the name of "Foundry Road" be changed
to "Kensington Road" in pursuance to the authority granted to the
Village be Section 11-80-19 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised
Statutes.
Section 2. That the Street Department of the Villape
is hereby ordered and directed to replace existing signs in
accordance with the intent of this ordinance and that hereafter
all Village maps and plans and other official acts shall refer
to "Foundry Road" as "Kensington Road" in the Village of Hount
Prospect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passaget approval and publication according
to law.
