AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE 0 F MOUNT PROSPECT'S
ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROPERTY WHICH IS A
TRIANGULAR-SHAPED LOT ON MOUNT PROSPECT ROAD NEAR
NORTHWEST HIGHWAY.

WHEREAS, the Board of A ppeals of the Village of Mount Prospect,
sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly considered
the question of reclassifying the real estate bereinafter described
from R-l to P-l, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that the highest and best
use of said real estate is that of P-l;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled .Zoning Ordinance of
Mount Prospect" passed and approved April 2, 1963, and known as
Ordinance No. 898, and as subsequently amended to date hereof, be
amended by reclassifying the follow:tng described real estate from
R-l to P-1,
Lot 64 in Maplewood Heights in the SE 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County.
Section 2. That said real estate as reclassified sball be
subject to all the 11mi tat ions and conditions placed upon properties
in the P-l District, as defined in the ordinances aforementioned.
Section 3. That any person, f1r.m or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omit s, negl ect s or refus es to c anply with or who res ists
the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall'
be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each
offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full. torce and
effect from ana after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
