ORDINANCE NO. 1005
AN ORDINANCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE OLD ORCHARD
COUNTRY CLUB ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 13.106 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect be and is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
"Class F Liquor license shall authorize the Licenses to
sell and offer for sale, at retail, in a lodge, hotel
or motor hotel in a Planned Recreational Open Space Zoning
District, in the premises specified in such license,
alcoholic liquor for consumption on the said premises,
and also alcoholic liquor in its original package. Such
license shall permit room service. The annual fee shall
be Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500).
Section 2. That Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 13.107 Number of Licenses. There shall be issued
in the Village no more than:
(a) Two Class A licenses;
(b) Six Class B licenses;
(c) Six Class C licenses;
(d) One Class D licenses;
(e) One Class F licenses;
to be in effect at any time.
Section 3. That Section 13.115 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Mount Prospect shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 13.115 Closing Hours - Sunday Closing. It
shall be unlawful to sell any alcoholic liquor at
retail in the Village between the hours of 1:00 A~ M.
(2:00 A.M. within any planned recreational open space
district) and 6:00 A.M. on any day except that on
Sunday the closing hours shall be from 2:00 A.M. to
12:00 Noon."
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
