ORDINANCE NO. 990
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE NORTHWEST COP~ER OF WILSHIRE DRIVE AND
HIGHLAND AVENUE, THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GARWOOD LANE AND WILSHIRE
DRIVE, AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WILSHIRE DRIVE AND GARWOOD LANE AS
STOP INTERSECTIONS, AMENDING SECTION 18.201 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.201 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Mount Prospect be amended by adding thereto the following:
"All Southbound traffic on Wilshire Drive shall stop before
entering in, upon and across Highland Avenue."
"All Eastbound traffic on Garwood Lane shall stop before
entering in, upon and across Wilshire Drive."
"All Northbound traffic on Wilshire Drive shall stop before
entering in, upon and across Garwood Lane."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
PASSED this 6 day of August, 1964.
APPROVED this 6 day of August, 1964.
