ORDINANCE NO. 4627
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 2
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That paragraph C of Section 2.202 entitled "Order of Business;
Regular Meetings Only", as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the order
of Trustee Comments from the 8th subject on the regular agenda of the Village Board
meeting to the 11th subject; so that hereinafter said paragraph C of Section 2.202 shall
be and read as follows:
"C. The written agenda shall set forth the order of business substantially as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Invocation
4. Approval of Minutes of preceding regular meetings and special meetings,
if any
5. Approval of Bills and Monthly Financial Report
6. Mayor's Report
7. Communications and Petitions - Citizens to be Heard
8. Old Business
9. New Business
10. Village Manager's Report
11. Trustee Comments
12. Any Other Business (including items for information only)
13. Adjournment"
SECTION TVVO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
