AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING OAK AND GREGORY,
THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF
MAC ARTHUR AND ISABELLA STREETS AS STOP
INTERSECTIONS. AMENDING SECTION 18.201 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.201 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be amended by adding
thereto the following:
"All traffic on Oak and Gregory Streets shall stop
before entering in, across or upon the intersection
of said streets."
"All traffic on Mac Arthur Boulevard shall stop before
entering in, across or upon Isabella Street."
"All eastbound traffic on Isabella Street shall stop
before entering in, across or upon Oak Street."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publicatio~
according to law.
PASSED this 12 day of January,1965.
APPROVED this 12 day of January, 1965.
