A.T\T CRDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1028 FOOD
SERVICE SANITATION BY ADDING THE LICENSE
FEES TO SECTION 12.409 A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County
of Cook, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 12.409 A LICENSE as amended,
bE the MunTclpar-Code of the Village of Mount Prospect, be
further amended by adding thereto the following:
ttThe annual fee for such licenses shall be thirty
($30) Dollars per year. The lic ens e fee for a
temporary food-service establishment shall be
five ($5.00) Dollars for a period of time not to
exceed fourteen (14) days.tt
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this II- day of February, 1965.
