AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 13.114.1
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
RELATING TO CLASS A AND CLASS B LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 13.114.1 of Chapter 13 of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby amended by
deleting Paragraph A thereof and by inserting, in place thereof, the
following:
"Section 13.114.1. A. On all premises for which Class A and
Class B licenses have been issued: there shall be no mechanical pinball
machine or device operated in said premises, provided, however, that
cigarette and candy dispensing machines are permitted, and, except on
premises located within a planned recreational open space district, there
shall be no dancing, floor show or entertainment of any type."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
