That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject to all the limitations and conditions placed upon prop- erties in the B-3 Business and P-l Parkin.g as defined in the ordinances aforementioned. , Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this or- dinance shall be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
