ORDINANCE No. 1044
AN ORDINANCE EMENDING SECTION 18.202
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President
and Board of Trustees, Village of Mount Prospect, Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 1. That Section 18.202 of the Municipal
Code of Mount Prospect providing for one-way streets be
and is hereby amended by adding the following:
"8. Albert Street between Central
and Henry - one way north bound
only."
"9. Serafine Drive - one way west
bound only."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
PASSED this 6th day of April, 1965.
APPROVED this 6th day of April, 1965.
