ORDINANCE NO. 1048
SCAVENGER LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Villap,e of Mount Prospect, Cook
County, Illinois:
Section 1. That there be added to Article XVll,
Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount
Prospect be and is hereby amended by adding the followinp:

"Section 15.1701 (B). One Scavenper permit only
shall be issued by the Village to enpape in the
residential scavenger business and such permit
shall be issued to the successful bidder in
accordance with provisions of a contract between
said Company and the Village"

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from arid effect from and after its passage and
approval according to law.
