ORDINANCE NO. 1050
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING GOLF LANE IN WEDGEWOOD TERRACE
SUBDIVISION TO WEDGEWOOD LANE IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Villape of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That the name of the following street be chanped
in pursuance to the authority pranted to the Village by Section 11-80-19
of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes as follows:
"Golf Lane" in Wedpewood Terrace Subdivision be chanred
to "Wedget-lood Lane".
Section 2. That the Street Department of the Village is hereby
ordered and directed to replace existing sirns in accordance with the
intent of this ordinance and that hereafter all Villaee maps and nlans
and other official acts shall refer to "Golf Lane" as "Wedpewood Lane".
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passape, approval and publication according to law.
