BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 13.114.1 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom
