AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 13.106 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom the
last paragraph creating "Class F liquor license."
SECTION TWO: Section 13.107 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom sub-
paragraph (e) providing for the issuance of one Class F license.
SECTION THREE: Section 13.115 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom the
following: "(2:00 A.M. within any planned recreational open space
district). "
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect

vided by law.
