ORDINANCE NO. 1061
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.208 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 2.208 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957, as amended, is further amended by deleting therefrom
the list of Standing Committees numbered 1 through 6, inclusive, and
inserting in its place in the said Section 2.208 the following list of
Standing Committees:
1. Building
2. Finance
3. F ire and Police
1+. Judiciary
5. Public Works
6. Public Health and Safety.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
