AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Sectien 7 ef Chapter III ef the Mount Prospect
Buil.in~ Cote, as amendea, is hereby further amended .y deleting therefrom
the sentence which reads as follows:
"Applicants shall not De charged a fee for
examination of plans if the same have been
used by him for building on any lot located
in the same or an adjacent subdivision.1I
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15th day of June, 1965 and published in the
Mount Prospect Herald on the 24th day of June, 1965.
