ORDINANCE NO. 1070
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER RATE SCHEDULE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: That Section 23.306 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, be further amended by adding
thereto an additional Section "E," the said additional section to
read as follows:
E. When a master meter, or group of master meters,
are installed in any duplex, townhouse, apartment build-
ing, or other multiple-family dwelling, the minimum
charge for the use of water in and on such premises
shall be computed by multiplying the applicable minimum
charge by the number of dwelling or family units in such
duplexes, townhouses, apartment buildings, or other
multiple-family dwellings.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
AYES: Bergen, Bruhl, Colfer, Ekren, Grittani, Teichert.
NAYS: None.
